Kidsdev Farm Cottages is a family-run, purpose-built holiday retreat where accessibility is at the heart of everything we do.
Nestled in the serene Hambleton countryside, just a short drive from Blackpool’s vibrant attractions, our 12 award-winning cottages are designed to provide a welcoming and stress-free escape for everyone. Built in 2013, they range from 2 to 5 bedrooms, offering thoughtful accessibility features without compromising on comfort or style. As a family-run business, we take pride in offering warm hospitality and a truly inclusive stay, where families, friends, and carers can relax and make memories together

Our Cottages
Each cottage has level access through the ground floor and patio areas and includes ceiling track hoist system and wet room.
Lakeside Kitchen
Licensed restaurant offering locally sourced home-cooked food. Accessible to all, with tables that can be raised. Food can be blended or mashed to consistency required.
Fishing & Recreation
Fully stocked fishing lake with accessible fishing pegs. Small children’s recreational area with surrounding woodland walk.

- Many disability aids available including ceiling track hoists… free of charge
- Stylish self catering holiday cottages with open plan living areas, bespoke kitchens with granite worktops, solid oak furniture, sumptuous corner settees, modern 40 inch TVs and of course free Wi-Fi.
- Beautiful, co-ordinated bedrooms all with contemporary mosaic en suites.
- 9 Cottages have there own private patio facing our fishing lake with modern rattan furniture.

- 9 Cottages with the added luxury of a private, illuminated hot tub under the stars….with hoists!
