When you enquire, buy a voucher or book a hydro session with Brickhouse Farm Holiday Cottages Ltd office (email or phone) or online your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our hydro pool system, Shore, please view in the privacy policy here; https://www.shore.com/en/data-protection/ 
 
The other company we use apart from Bookalet and Shore is MailChimp where only your email address, first and last name is transferred across. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent. 

Monthly Newsletter

As part of the registration process you will be joined up to our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things going on with our business that we are sure you will be interested in; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. 
 
We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use the third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. On Site Wi-Fi

When you use the Wi-Fi at our cottages the only data we can see is the amount of data being used at that time, no data has or will be stored during your stay.

Access to Information and Contacting Us
