What a great time we had in Elm Cottage . Thank you , what a lovely welcoming and well equipped and friendly place to find for our guys with profound disabilities . Great takeaway, great eat in , great pool , absolutely nothing to fault . Lovely friendly staff.

I took my disabled mum here for a last minute weekend for respite. It was bonfire night. The setting is beautiful, you really do feel like you are hidden away from the hustle and bustle or everyday life. The amenities are superb, lovely and warm and relaxing and everything was accommodated for. Will be sure to definitely return.

This is our 2nd visit to Brickhouse Cottages …the first time they had only built the first row of cottages which is where we stayed & we really enjoyed it & thought how much thought had gone into the design & furnishing of them. Now there is 12 in total & we stayed in one of the newest ones … these are even nicer … so much room for us all .. beautiful patios with views over the lake & lovely modern furnishings inside. Cannot recommend these cottages highly enough definitely 5 star accommodation & my family all loved it there .Hopefully we will be back later on in the year.

To have actually found a place that met all Dad’s needs and enabled him to have a few days away from the hum drum his life has become since his significant stroke meant more than we can say as a family. The smile on his face when he looked out over the lake was heart melting.
What you have created is exceptional. I’m part of the management team at a learning disability service and we struggle to find places for the people we support who also have significant physical disabilities to stay. Your flyer will be going up on the notice board in all our ten properties.
Thank you again from all of us as a family. We’re already working out when we can return.

We came to support 2 young ladies, absolutely brilliant from the staff who work here to the spacious accommodation, everything we needed to make the holiday for these young ladies special. They loved the hot tub. Well Done.

It was very relaxing by the lake. The cottage had the best adapted facilities we’ve ever seen. The track hoist into the hot tub is an ingenious idea and made the holiday extra special for Stephen. We will be back. Thanks again xxx

Well, where do we start? Accommodation is 5* plus, everything we could possibly want and more. Fishing lake, the boys loved it, it made there holiday. The facilities in the cottage were absolutely brilliant. Everything has been very well thought out, the whole experience is a credit to the Rainford Family and staff. Our expectations were surpassed. See you again in October and November.
